  • This bottle was slightly past its prime, but was still very enjoyable to drink standalone and alongside a muffaletta. Nose features grapefruit and floral notes. The wine was very light-colored, but had a mouthfeel heavier than the color would suggest. No discernible alcohol, perhaps due to its age? As the evening went on, hints of peach came out, as well as a little bit of mineral. I enjoyed this wine, and suspect that if I drank it a year ago, I would have been even happier with it.

  • neither crisp nor oaky, bland, kind of a nothing wine

  • Pale light straw color. First impression is a floral nose, quite pleasant. Impressions of grapefruit, some apple, and early in the bottle some slight chemical aroma. The mouth feel is medium bodied, which is a surpise since the wine looks like it will be so light. Medium to long finish is accentuated by a lot of 'heat'. Seems like a lot of heat for a wine that is 13.5 percent alcohol. I guess it needs a little more balance to this. Still, a great daily drinker and best with lighter-fare food.

  • A very drinkable wine. Nice floral aroma. Flavors of greenapple, some grapfruit, and grape. Was a tad sweet, like a dry riesling. Worth buying more.
