Light and clear. Very light tinged gold with some greenish elements. Strong mineral aromas rise from the glass. Smell of zesty lime skin emerges when swirled. Almost reminiscent of a NZ sauvignon, but more mineral zippiness. Light/Medium body with a nice cut to it. Fairly short finish. Nice and refreshing.

It's not often I extol the virtues of a Pinot Grigio but this deserves the praise. Aromatic with lemon blossom, pears, and a hint of gooseberries. Smooth, clean, and balanced, with a floral richness that frames crisp flavors of green apples and stonefruit. So elegant. A perfect foil for Katsu curry.
