over ripe tannins lead to uneven mouthfeel, fruit was lacking a bit in comparison to most of the quality grenache's I've had, let it breath for 1-2 hours but might have developed further with more oxidation, paired with grilled marinated rib-eye steak (medium rare), rigatoni with a fra diavlo crab red gravy.
