My last bottle of this Champagne, disgorged February 2007, golden colour showing the maturing of this sparkling, fine fizzling, on the nose a little breadcrest, apples, very fine swallowing on the palate, green apples again, very fine integrated acidity, all lively and tasty, the pure elegance, very long, a top bottle, my last one.........;-(, ***- ****, 91- 92+?

Golden w little sign of age. Nose is quite restrained w not many secondary notes like bread, yeast and almond. The green apples and citrus dominate. (Ok maybe some bread). Surprisingly fresh and youthful. Small, refined bubbles. Medium acid with medium minus finish. Grew better over the hour, from say 89-92.
