Opens with grapefruit and floral notes, then a touch of pear and honey. Crisp and dry with medium acidity. Finishes long and smooth with subtle honey notes. Elegant marsanne that certainly pairs well with chicken.

100% Marsanne fermented & aged in vats, malolactic probably blocked
N: Init apples met by a melding of (natural) oxygenation & a lanolin-like oiliness, poss minerals/earth
P: LM body; RNDISH entry with NICE, ALMOST swtish frt classily met by a balancing acidity which fairly seamlessly transitions into a LONG, poss very, VERY slightly faint finish with a delightfully delicate tangy/swtness & POSS just a BIT of honey. At its peak, so I'd definitely drink as soon as poss in '19. 13% ABV; My VG+/EXC-. 90 pts ea WS & Vinous (Raynolds), and 14.5/20 La Revue du Vin de France.

100% Marsanne fermented & aged in vats, malolactic probably blocked
N: Apples, poss minerals, with a certain "richness" of aromas not unlike what I associate with Semillon: a lanolin-like character?
P: Med body; Very RNDISH entry with NICE frt & a richness that is attractively offset by an acidity which carries through the LONG, nicely balanced finish with respect to acidity/swtness. I'm thinking this is in its (optimal?) "window", & due to the acidity may well hold for a # of yrs, though without improvement (other than PERHAPS gaining some tertiary aromas?). 13% ABV; My VG+, though may well be a style not all that intriguing for the majority. [My 2 relatives "tolerated" it. :( ] 90 pts ea WS & Vinous (Raynolds), and 14.5/20 La Revue du Vin de France.

100% Marsanne fermented & aged in vats, malolactic probably blocked
N: An "oiliness" atop flowers, poss honey
P: Med body; RNDISH entry with NICE, almost swtish frt juxtaposed by an almost astringent acidity which smooths out by the LONG, ult almost swtish finish with a hint of tang. A simply FABULOUS food wine with a combination of mouth feel & acidity that's off the charts! BRAVO! (Not remotely "tired", I see this drinking beautifully through the end of the decade without problem.) 13% ABV; 90 pts ea WS & Vinous (Raynolds), and 14.5/20 La Revue du Vin de France.
Note: I also tasted this on 5/6/2017, 4/2/2018, & 1/21/2019.

P: Med, poss MF, body; Very RNDISH entry with very NICE, almost swtish ft met by balancing, somewhat tangy acidity which fairly SEAMLESSLY extends through the LONG, ult almost honied finish. LOVELY stuff for now & through '19, I'd imagine! 90 pts ea WS & Vinous (Raynolds), and 14.5/20 La Revue du Vin de France. [As of early Jan '20, I saw no U.S. sources on wine-searcher].
Addendum: I also tasted this on 5/6 & 10/17/17, 4/2/18, & 1/21/19
