Very distinctive style, residual carbon dioxide resolves quickly in the decanter, wonderfully fresh and pure, bright and lively, great with spicy foods.

Identical to my previous note. A very digestible 11% ABV, bubble gum and ripe grapes, green herbs, hint of unresolved carbon dioxide, not complex but wonderfully pure and primary, juicy and with just the right phenolic grip, nice length. Very distinctive - not to everyone's taste perhaps, but I like it.

Annual Bolomey & Sprezzatura Wine Tasting (Felix Meritis, Amsterdam, NL): More than 85 year old vines, semi-carbonic fermentation for three weeks. Crown cork. An essence of Grolleau, incredibly fruity, forward and juicy, thoroughly delicious and with loads of things going on. Charming and complex. Super pure juice but with sufficient sulphur to be wine.
