Intense red rubi, somewhat purple. Here the fruit (red and black mature ones) share the protagonism with secondary aromas of tar, cocoa, tobacco and smoke. A pleasant and gentle oak is not a matter, as well as the mint, very delicate and almost hidden under the rest. Great attack, showing the beauty of its balanced acidity; smooth, touching the palate with already silky tanins. The after-mounth is reasonably complex. With a slowly cooked veal.
