Fun pet-nat with a groovy poire cider core and an agave finish. Nose is fresh pear, lime zest and nam pla. Bright acids, but not strong. Good richness and texture. All around a fun and tasty wine.
(No vintage code anywhere on the bottle.

Loved this 12% abv fizzy fun concoction. Lots of crisp and juicy apple. Refreshing and zippy, but not overly acidic. Nice yeasty back notes. Like a champagne meets cider. Good with light food or spicy. Would be great with many different types of salads, too.
It was good to have stored this upright for many months before consuming, as it allowed the substantial deposit of brown sediment to stick to the bottom of the bottle until the final couple ounces.

Cloudy appearance in bottle, with a hint of orange color. Frothy pour, quickly changes to infused effervescence. Very tasty. Holds up to a variety of food. Very nice afternoon aperitif wine.

See my earlier note for details. This is a really approachable yet geeky wine, which - when served dirty - is fine by itself but also pairs well with dim sum and Chinese seafood and vegetables. There's no sugar on the palate, but the lees provide complexity and weight which balances the frothy minerality. Will need to buy more. 89+
