  • Uncorked but immediately recorked overnight, then served into 薄はり葡萄酒器 (“Leaf” day): Medium orange to the eyes. Brilliant colours.

Hay, honey, cereals, florals, earthy and some dried herbal notes, white spices.

With time in glass an incredibly detailed set of stone fruits like apricots with flesh came up.

Absolute best and ultimate Vermentino in my view. Wow wine just as previously tasted. Hard to put this under 95-96 points.

  • PNP into Kimura Burgundy shaped glass (“Fruit” day): Medium copper orange to the eyes.

Savoury nose of very pure flavoured preserved lemons, herbal and tea leaves. Very high toned and elegant, with a lot of depth.

Very impressive on the acidity structure and balance of this wine. So flavourful yet so elegant and impeccably balanced. Simply wow!

Probably one of the very best Italian whites I have ever tried. 94-95 points.

1 day upon opening: incredibly enjoyable with honey preserved mandarin peels and more integration. Upgrade to 95 points.
