Tiny bubbles and medium greenish yellow. Fresh nose coated in green apples, slate and a light touch of brioche. Medium plus acidity (6.5/10) with a medium to medium plus body. Crisp and clean palate with some stone fruits, green apples and some gravel. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2020.

A Ten Year Tasting: Wines of 2008 (Primarily Oregon Pinot Noir & Ringers) - Graciously hosted by Grinner:
New World richness, and Old World Precision. If Champagne were to experience a Napa-like weather vintage, this wine would approximate the end result. The lushness is underpinned by piercing acidity and distinct charm. Different, yet highly appealing.
