Kind of the run-off-the-mill Maconnaise Chardonnay nose of banana and pear. When drunk solo, acidity is a little ordinary, but the creamy pasta brought it alive and gave it a long, spice finish. There's probably an even better food pairing, seeing as how it has no oak.

Light straw yellow. Good acidity framing somewhat creamy fruit. Citrus notes. Matched well with crab cakes and fresh salad with herb roasted chicken.
