  Luminous neon green color. Ripe, juicy and almost sweet nose full of honey, stone fruits, some pineapple juice and hints of pear. Quite full-bodied and medium-sweet on the palate with moderately high acidity and almost weightless mouthfeel. Flavors of pronounced floral notes, very juicy apple and some honey with moderate stony mineral freshness. The finish is really fresh, quite long and pretty acid-driven with some juicy apple notes and a little honey, with the end of the aftertaste becoming more dry and mineral with almost bitter wet stone flavors.
  
  A delicious and balanced Kabinett from the sweeter end. Great focus and structure with terrific harmony between the acidity and the sweetness. Drinking wonderfully now, but most likely will keep nicely over several years. Well worth the 7,80€ for a 12 cl glass.
