Wow, 2005 Kabinetts are singing. The notes Bruce at WS used and still valid, but more intensified, less sweetness, terrific length. The last note here was 2008. BS nailed it "A slow burner, this builds in intensity, releasing lemon verbena, ripe apple and smoky, mineral notes in layers. Beautifully integrated, with a vibrant structure and a long, smoldering finish. Best from 2008 through 2018. 63 Cases imported"

Gorgeous, crisp fruit. Solid acidity. A little low on minerality and depth. A supreme choice for an afternoon BBQ. Not great QPR but I'd still buy it again.

Rubber band and petrol emerging. Acidity a bit more subdued than in prior years. But still full of stone fruit and apple flavors.

Very simple but tasty. Little bit of RS, white fruits, and not much minerality. A crowd pleaser but not any depth.

Started as pure dried apricot; developed to sweet, crisp apple. Quite sweet, but braced with solid acidity and minerality.
