  robe rubis foncé avec un couronne encore légèrement violacée. Nez de cerises , de mûres, de kirsch,
  En bouche, acidité moyennement élevée, cerises et mûres, tannins poudreux et légèrement asséchants en finale. bel équilibre. Pour moins de 30$, un petit bijou.

  we drank a lot of great wine this weekend, but this bottle was my personal favorite. soft tart cherries with a nice forest floor. Smooth and silky with great balance. My buddy who is a novice wine drinker couldnt take his hands off the bottle. Served with braised short ribs. Would love to buy more.

  Popped and poured. Seemed quite bland and unimpressionable at first. Aroma. is a bit of tart cherry and some earthiness. The taste doesn't have much else and nothing stands out, although it is relatively tannic on the finish.

  Dark purple color. Amazing nose of black cherries, plums, some tar and some smoke and licorice. On the palate there are tons of black cherries again with beautiful notes of licorice and some earth/minerals. It's medium-full-bodied and has medium acidity and medium but very silky tannin. Long finish. This has been in my 2-3 favorite Dolcettos for years. It's stunningly beautiful and it also has the structure to age for a few years.
