Fantastic as always. Ready now, but no hurry as it has plenty of life left. Medium body, with fruit and herbs, and a long silky finish. One of my Syncline favorites.

My plan was to wait another year to open this, but a momentary lapse of reason got the best of me. No matter, it hit all the right notes in beautiful harmony. Syncline is one of my favorite bang for the buck producers around.

No doubt, this wine will benefit from another year or two of bottle age. However, it currently delivers an unctuous dose of brambly berry cobbler that is delicious now. Darker and richer than I remember from tasting at the winery. Either way, it is a pleasure to drink.

Starts bright, red berry notes and fresh cut flowers across the nose. Nicely acidic but still round through the mouth. Nice balance between sweet and tart red fruits - strawberry to pomegranate, and back again - but finishing soft. Some hints of bitter cocoa and earth too. Really pretty evolution over the course of the evening.
