A strong 89 to 90 point. Probably one of the best cheaper Pinots you can buy but that's if you can find it. We discovered it years ago at Big John's Market in Healdsburg CA. I can also find it at Total Wine here in SoCal. It has a bit of earth in the nose and palette. Big cherry, strawberry, pomegranate and lemon zest. Vanilla and Sandlewood notes with a hint of cocoa in there. Way complex for a wine at this cost. Buy it if you find it. Note to self: stock up on this!

This is a very interesting and super tasty $14 (in SC) Pinot. Sharp, rich, precise and concentrated, this shows like some wines that cost twice as much. Nice combination of wet earth, oak and ripe, long hang time, fully developed Pinot flavors. Spicy, expressive, raspberry and cherry fruit. Sandalwood and vanilla secondary flavors. Seamlessly balanced. Cherry, vanilla and spice on the finish.

Plum, black cherry, bitter chocolate. Some vanilla. High acidity, sharp. Delicious, non offensive. Drank with grilled salmon, great pairing.
