(Bertagna Clos St.Denis) Again, almost no nose. A lovely palate - real extra dimension from the mid-palate onwards. The length and balance are first rate. This is a very fine wine.

This is nice grand cru, quite powerful grand cru, savory and fresh cherry. could age 3 more year for sure but it is beautiful now

Beautifully mature. Shows the Clos St Denis class. Mature ruby red color with aromas of dusty cherry, underbrush, hoisin sauce and forest picked raspberry. Long finish and silky as can be.. Began to fall apart after a few hours but I would say pop, pour and enjoy!

Decanted for on hour. Did not drink well, actually was bad, and we put the bottle aside to open up something else. When we were done with the second bottle we tried this bottle again out of curiosity and what a change. A very enjoyable mature burgundy. If I had more I'd drink them up right away.

Red fruits in the nose, raspberries, cherries, earthiness, and hints of coffee and floral. Flavor similar to the nose with cherries, raspberries, and some earthiness. Medium bodied, well balanced, and a medium to long finish.

A great burgundy. Beautiful nose of cherry and flowers. On the palate cherry, raspberry and earth. Delicious.
