  Light yellow color. Buttery, creamy nose with pears, lemon/lime, with ginger and honey. Zesty and crisp on the palate, generous texture but not too "rich" per se. Tangy lemon and lime fruit mixed with oyster shell, sea salt, minerals, mountain stream. mixed with hazelnut, peanut shells, whipper butter. Has a good balance between deeper and brighter elements. Not crazy complex, but better than I was expecting.
