  Drank this at home with my spouse over Sirloin Steak, Iberico Pork, Shepard's Pie, Salmon Wellington and Mushroom Soup.
  
  Dark purple in colour with young, vibrant hues. Notes of ripe berries and cherries, dark plums, spice, leather and coffee. Tannin at first but the wine opened up after 30 minutes. Soft and rounded with a rich and full finish.

  dark ruby colour with lighter rim. Nice. Nose: some fruits plus some iron/blood notes. Rather thin. taste: blueberries and blackberries, pleasant; medium tanin volume; some herbs; short, bitter-watery finish. there were better vintages of this one.
