  Not an impressive bottle. There was some wood on the nose so I am thinking leave it in the cellar. Maybe it was just in a dormant phase, but I am not sure. The others I will continue to cellar. I had uncorked the bottle and let it breathe out 5 hours before taking the first sip.

  Super fresh notes of white pepper, raspberries, red currant, smoke, minerality, also some spicy notes of cloves, later also some flowery notes. Medium+ bodied, with good persistence, medium-high acidity and medium tannin. Very good length. Excellent tension, elegance and a lot ot finesse for Villages. (92+)

  PnP. This was very impressive for a village level wine. Soaring floral aromatics, sappy red fruit and crystalline purity, this was so approachable and open but yet has the stuffing to develop further. Revisited it 2hrs after opening and the wine had mellowed and filled out a little. Delicious now but has upside over the next decade.
