Wow! Honeyed gold in color; big honey notes on the nose and palate. In one word: rich. Hints of pie spices on the nose; more on the palate; lots of fruit: lychee? Probably approaching peak? Certainly not past it. Wonderful stuff.

Very impressive overall. Subtle, not over the top for Gewurz; great acidity balanced with lots of fruit and spice. Nose of spice, fruit, hints of flowers but spicy notes of cinamonn, vanilla, nutmeg really shine. That theme continues on the palate along with nice acid. Held up very well with spicy Chinese food; great pairing. For an 8-9 year old wine, no signs of peaking; should continue to improve!

Nice floral, peach and spice notes on the nose; good viscosity, medium to long finish on the palette where spice, apricot, fig flavors blend with just enough acidity. Paired with asian 5 spice pork belly: excellent. This wine has aged well and is now really lovely.

A nice off-dry Gewurtztraminer, the sugar well balanced by the acidity. Overall, very lively and refreshing, even if not crisp. The sugar allows it to stand up to variety of food and it sang beautifully with Indian chicken tikka masala. Another good wine from Ravines.
