No surprise at this point in its life but the fruit is almost gone. The quality of the winemaking is what makes this enjoyable, along with good cellaring. After I found the bottle in the cellar last night I moved it up to the refrigerator. Poured it about 24 hours later. noticing that it improved noticeably after it had warmed up for 30-45 minutes at room temperature. Worked well with a Sunday night supper of vegetarian meatball(garlic seasoned) and pasta and asparagus.

Found this in the cellar (was reaching for a '16) and decided to give it a try despite its age. Some strawberry nose left but monolithic on the palate. Worked nicely with a Margarita pizza.

2015's just arrived - so time to drink up the last of the 2014's - now we finally have some nice weather in NYC. Pale salmon/peachy color - a bit of light sediment/crystals in bottle. Pnp and drank over two nights. Lovely nose of fresh strawberries - the kind that are picked that day. Well balanced with bright acidity but a nice weight. I continue to believe they make one of the nicest roses I have tried. Look forward to trying the 2015's.

Faded but still drinkable. My fault for buying too many 2014 rosés.

Pale salmon, nicely balanced. Crisp, mineral, lightweight red berries notes. Always a winner.
