  Quintessential CDP notes of garrigue, raspberry and minerals on the nose. Light ruby in color day and lighter styled feel to the palate. Tannin, acidity and fruit all well proportioned. Day 2 seemed to gain weight and richness, amazed at the change that took place. Delicious wine.

  Great nose of ripe yet fresh berries, with a nice follow-up on the pallete. Drinking very well as a lovely young CNDP. Going to be hard to resist drinking this all early on. This is the top of the range of this domaines line-up. We visited the domane this year when in CNDP and they are a good outfit. Bio dynamic for a while now (2009 I think), and a family estate, with Mother at the helm, and her daughter just starting to get involved. Based in the northern part of the appellation, not far from Beaucastel (but a lot more down to earth and approachable compared to the rather stuffy Beaucastel team.)

  This is fabulous for any vintage, but it's quite an accomplishment in 2013. The wine has depth of flavor, softness of texture and a beautiful, polished, sweet, red and dark red, fresh fruit character. The wine was made from a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Mourvedre.
