  Medium straw in color with fine bubbles on the pour. Zippy acidity with flavors of apple, lemon drop, and toast. The small bubbles and slight froth to this wine are really nice. Snappy finish with relatively short length.
  
  Not a complex wine, but it's not supposed to be. Disappeared quickly. Something I'd buy again.

  Good bargain. Sweet ripe pears, soft yellow apples, with moderate yeast and creaminess. Great all-around sparkling and supported a variety of food.
