Ruby red, strawberry jan, bitter spice, earthy and mushroom. On the palat it's red berries (rasp- and strawberries). Light in body and short. To little nuance here, simple.

Floral but also meaty nose. Palate matches, red fruits of dried raspberry, fresh earth, white pepper, medium body, lovely acidity, cranberry finish. Very nice value.

A Cinsault Celebration/Masterclass/Introduction/Tasting with Greg Sherwood MW (Handford Wines, London): Made in 200yr old terracota amforae, wit very little intervention. 13% Alc.
Side by side with its sibling the Gallardia (Papies 87) which is the same wine but made in stainless steel. Savory wine, earthy, peppery, subtle savory edge, dark fruited for a cinsault. very good wine. 90

Un peu décevant et très tanique. J'espère qu'il sera meilleur après quelques année de vieillissement. Rapport qualité prix décevant payé 28$ CAN.
