  Slightly past prime but showing rich, ripe, macerated strawberries with a hint of balsamic. A bit of leather and tannin. Better with food than alone.The strawberries- wow!

  Always keeps the high level of drinking pleasure. Vibrant acidity, not tired with oak, fruity with long finish! Fantastic supplement of brunello without spending much €€€.

  Consistent with the bottle of a few months ago, this is just terrific. As a PnP, and as a young rosso, I'd think it might be giving up something for the very approachable nature of it all, but nothing's missing, and certainly nothing's gratuitous. Kind of redefines, for me, the sense of balance in a young wine - they really, really got this one right, straight across the board. Red fruited, seamless layers, pencil thin, ripe tannins. A joy to drink. 14,5% abv. (fully integrated), highly recommended

  Spectacularly good. A wine that showed all the class, place and dedication that is Lisini. The essence of Sangiovese, and a testament to wines being grown, not made. After I finished the bottle (yes, it was just me), I wanted another, but alas, none in my hotel room. The next day I returned to the store to buy their remaining stock, and of the six they had the day I visited, only three remained. I wept, openly. Buy all you can find. Thru 2023. highly recommended
