So most of it is Pinot Noir pressed white, but from a Alsace clone, and then CHassele, Sylvaner, MT as well from 1965.
Crazy salty wineness. startchy. AZfter the finish begins to dissapate the popscile thing sets in. He is almost always one of the last guys to pick, because he likes the rains to come and water things back a bit so maybe the lignation of stems give the popscilie stick. Its not an oaky flavor but it gives a weird flavor.

Orange/rose colour. Slightly honey sweet on the nose, good acidity. Opens up nicely.

Very interesting, in a good way. Better warmer than fridge temp. Off-dry, with honeysuckle, peach. Good acidity.
