  Pale straw, pear and citrus with spice on the nose, grapefruit, possibly a little too much on the palate along with apple and pear in an off dry style and a nice creamy savoury mouthfeel, good longish finish, this is a serious pinot gris and would work really well with shellfish or even some smoked fish
