Golden yellow. On the nose medium intensity of Meyer lemon, floral notes, ripe granny smith apples. On the palate the wine is off dry, high acid, medium body, fine mousse. Flavor intensity is medium with Meyer lemon, floral notes, ripe granny smith apples. Not complex, but pleasant. Finish is medium. Nice bright sparkler pairs well with sushi.

No dosage added to this 100% Chenin sparkler. Nose of apple has some cider-like oxidation. Bright acid and intense flavor. It's not totally dry, which is interesting since that's the base wine with no added sugar. Paired nicely with my Stilton with ginger and mango.

Fizzy. Sparkling Loire. Delicious. Apples and peaches spicy and chalky. A little furry but good focus as well. Really fresh and delicious. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5.5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 16.5/20.

Random wine tasting night out (Materia Prima): The wine shows medium intensity, underripe lemon, citrus, leafy, herbal, a touch medicinal, difficult to have as it The wine shows more finesse in the palate, nice carbonation, nice acidity, balancing the RS, underripe fruit again, citrus. There is the same herbal/pharmaceutical/ cough syrup nuance right in the middle, medium body and finish
