  15 day maceration. 18 months French oak, 55% new. Only 187 Cases.
  High intensity aromas of cherry, mocha, cassis, vanilla, cedar, pencil shavings, tomato leaf and sage.
  Rich on the palate with decadent flavors of cherry, vanilla, mocha, creme de cassis, plum, cedar, thyme and pencil shavings. Excellent length, smooth silky tannins and balanced acidity.
