  • Pronounced nose of citrus, orange oils, orange, blossom, ripe apple, peach, apricot. Oily, kerosene, petrol. Honey. Fully developed nose.
    Palate is medium-dry, med acid, med+ body, pronounced flavor, long finish.
    Great typicity.

  • WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Pale lemon colour. It has a creamy mousse
    Nose: The nose is Clean and Youthful, showing Medium(+) intensity primary aromas of green apple, lemon, lime, ripe pear, peach, apricot and secondary aromas of Stone / steely.
    Palate: The wine is Medium Dry in the mouth with a High level of acidity. It has a Medium Level of alcohol (12.00%). It has Medium(+) body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of green apple, lemon, lime, ripe pear, peach, apricot and secondary flavours of Stone / steely. The finish is Medium(+). It has a creamy mousse. No autolytic character, Very aromatic. Stony / steely character. Very fresh.
    Overall: Very fresh, long and intense with fruit complexity but lacking any secondary or tertiary character.
    Conclusion: It is a Very Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing Won't improve with further ageing; High priced (£12.50)
