red purple colour has a sort of savoury nutty sort of smell, with a hint of smoke Savoury on the palate, slatey and floral, with good ripe crunchy fruit and some tannin. Raspberry fruit Quite like a lighter sort of Cru Beaujolais quite long. Good wine

A Cinsault Celebration/Masterclass/Introduction/Tasting with Greg Sherwood MW (Handford Wines, London): Made from the same grapes as its sibling the amphorae aged Vieja Tinajas that we had side by side (Papies 90) . This is 100% stainless and made more in a fruitier style. 13% Alc Purple in color, fresh, full of red fruits, a lot more forward than the light savory viejas tinajas. Very much a juicy sweet wine, a touch too much for our liking and definitely not our style of wine. 87 at best from us

Nose shows fruit forward style, oak notes, red/black fruit. Palate is medium bodied, medium tannins, tasty fruit with a little sweetness from oak, nice spice layer.
