Impressive noise and big (fat) taste. A rich wine, but we needed the right dish to be exited. Maybe some mushrooms with citron confit would had done it? #faugeres chez Catherine & Bernard

Bizarrely off on first opening, then 15 minutes later falling into place. Enjoyed a few tastes, then left for day 2. Then beautiful... No rough edges, nothing out of balance. Has the structure to go further but this was the last bottle.

Golden color. Rich on on the palate, fat texture. A bit more flabby compared to the Cotes-du-Rhône which is 100% Grenache Blanc. Notes of pineapple, mandarin. Baked fruit. Required food. Probably time to drink up.

This has more depth now, there's notes of mandarin on the palate, there's spices but also the saline character I found in the two previous bottles. It's a serious wine, full of character and one to keep a lot longer.

Saline, citrusy character, very much about the minerality of the soil. Much more contained and structured compared to the first bottle from a case. Chablis-like with a bit more richesse. Wonderful bottle of wine.
