  On the nose there is blackcurrant, redcurrant, and cream. The palate confirms this, plus some black pepper and cloves on the finish to remind you that this is a McLaren Vale Shiraz. Very smooth with no sharp edges. Not the most challenging of wines, but if it is consistency and drinkability you are after then this is it.
