  Enjoyed over two evenings the second with a barbeque grilled, orange and chili marinated flank steak and eye of the goat beans. It really opened up and smoothed out the second night. Sweet raspberry syrup, a soft rose petal like floral element, spice, and a whiff of smoky meat (it might have been from the big green egg) on the nose with smooth red fruit, pleasant acidity and some nice grenachey tannins on the palate and finish. Delicious! (uh oh, I almost said "yummy juice")

  This bottle started to open up after 30 minutes or so, but never quite lost its edge. A decent CdR.
