  • Medium gold. Aromas of yellow plums, sun-kissed citrus, nuts, tea and spice. Full-bodied, ripe and structured, with ample alcohol (13,8) and fully embedded acidity. Not heavy, but still a slow drinker and also a great match with mountain cheese.

  • Medium golden hue. Sunripe aromas of orange juice, lemon peels and baked apples, with first notes of maturity, such as butter, nuts and honey. Full-bodied, almost opulent, with intense flavours, healthy acidity, phenolic structure, ample alcohol, and a long spicy finish. What a striking difference to Ganevat's firm and linear Chalasses VV '12! Still, very tasty and rewarding. Stood up well over 48 hours, without any added sulphur.
