(NV Drappier Champagne Quattuor IV - Blanc de Quatre Blancs) Light yellow color with steady, tiny bubbles; honey, honeysuckle, peach nose; delicate, honeyed, tart apple, tart pear, mineral palate; medium-plus finish (uses the four permitted white grapes of Champagne: Chardonnay, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Blanc Vrais, i.e., Pinot Blanc; pH 3.05; dosage is with a liqueur made from Pinot Blanc aged for 25 years)

Eðalklúbburinn í Búrgundarhéraðinu.; 5/21/2023-5/27/2023 (Búrgundarhéraðið.): Mjög ljós litur. Mikill ilmur. Þægilegur ilmur. Þvottur, hvít blóm, krydd (múskat), eplamauk, ananas og ilmvatn. Svo fín fylling, þægileg sýra og gott jafnvægi á tungu. Hunangstónar. Fínt kampavín.

Sommelier Scholarship Fund Tasting (Popina - Brooklyn NY): Walk around tasting. Very good richness is a seemingly oxidative style. Good complexity from start-to-finish, very good in its style, even if not my favorite style.
