  Fine nose of wild strawberry.
  Tannins, undergrowth, old well, lime and aromatic strawberries in spades.
  Serious stuff!

  Beautiful wine in a great state. Cherries, black pepper, red chili, medium oak on the nose. 91-92p

  More complex and layered than 2011 Rechtenbacher, but unsurprisingly also a bit more backward. Spicy with red and dark fruit notes and good acidity. The minerality is more pronounced. Great intensity and length. Excellent. Needs time. 92-93+
