Such a delicious Cava that can stand on its own or be the great companion for any food, it is bright, good acidity, yeasty without being dry, but not fruity either, is all about balance. One of my favorite cava that never fails to deliver, a happy wine for sure!

Youthful pale green color. Aromatic and somewhat sweet nose with aromas of ripe apple, apple blossom, some acacia honey and light autolytic hints of almond with nuances of spice, smoke, Russian candy and slight rubber in the background. Dry, light and straightforward on the palate with flavors of ripe yellow apple, tart Granny Smith apple and a rather pronounced streak of rubber or even something plastic with lighter nuances of almond paste, hay and some baked apple. Medium-to-moderate acidity and very soft, creamy mousse. The finish is medium-long and rather acid-driven with flavors of tart lemon candy, some apple, a little pear and a hint of brioche.
Overall this Cava has a great nose, but rather simple and straightforward palate. Yet, at only 6,50€ the wine shows tremendous value - this would've been a great purchase even at 10-12€! However, as the wine currently retails at 15,94€ here, it's a bit steep considering the quality of the wine. This is a great allrounder and a solid everyday bubbly, but nothing memorable.
