Held wine for 5th year of vintage in hopes of capturing optional drinking age.
Citrus and floral notes detected immediately from first sip. Hint of buttery texture aftertaste; well balanced acidity to pair with lemon zest asparagus and grilled chicken with white truffle oil. Recommended for those wanting to enjoy a refreshing wine without the intense boldness of a Chardonnay to complement a light a refreshing entree.

The body is medium. The wine has fleshy texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
