Decaned for about an hour, Searved with Fois Gras and Steaks. The balance of furit and tannis have really improved over the years. But i would not wait much loinger on this. The tannis dont have too much left. The fruits are smokey and earthy, went well with the meat.

Drink up. Past its prime. Super barnyardy and lots of vegetal notes. Due to the blend the tannins were smooth but lacked any length.

Still good. Soft tannins. Full mouth feel. Nose and taste of dried cherries & currents. Opened up after hour post-decanting.
