  Soft aromas of pears, jackfruit, and honeysuckle suggests a graceful offering. The palate begs to differ. It displays a crisp, bone dry character, with crunchy green apple and lemon-lime flavors that are cut by knife-like acidity, moderate minerality, and hint of salt on the finish. Refreshing and great with food.
