Smederevka is a regional white grape of Serbia and Macedonia same as Bulgaria's Dimiat. The nose is simple and neutral similar to many Chardonnay in this category with buttery cooked apples and lime cordial. On the palate dry, medium body and acidity, flavors of lime, grapefruits, peaches and pears in oily texture, medium finish. Food friendly.
