  PnP with notes of restrained purple and dark red berry fruits, red and black currant, evergreen, brush, wet cedar, and wet stone. Certainly reflects the 2011 vintage in its cool and damp delivery. Not an unpleasant drink, but not something I would ever seek out or go back to. Not much depth or complexity to speak of, with a finish that instantly fades away along with any semblance of discernible fruit flavors on the back end.
  
  Others at the table enjoyed it enough with a heavy meat dish, but otherwise found it simply "ok." I don't think time will help this wine, as the fruit just isn't strong enough to hold out. Comes off as also lacking a worthy acidic or tannic spine. Air and swirling in the class did not change the effects of this wine. I would recommend drinking now and over the next year or so.

  Wine tasting at the Castle in May 2015. Still too young in my opinion. Decided to pick up a couple of 2012's.
