  Because in the end, with many years above, one does not know if bottle is was a white that has been moving towards this beautiful colour and also because, in any case, the high percentage of Viura of old rioja has always helped to disguise their origin I would love to still be able to treat this as pink bottle, whatever it was : an exceptional bottle.
  Still shocked by this José Palacios and confirmed that, in my humble view, remains a magnificent, profound and multifaceted wine. Out of any parameter.
  For other sensory data, just check my previous tasting note excepting for some lovely leathery and cigar-like hints. Delicious.
  
  Porque al final, con tantos años encima, uno no sabe si está botella era un blanco que ha ido mudando hacia este bello color y también porque, en todo caso, los altos porcentajes de Viura de los rioja antiguos siempre han ayudado a camuflar su origen, me encantaría seguir pudiendo tratar a esta botella como rosado, sea lo que fuese: una botella excepcional.
  Continuo impresionado por ese vino y confirmo que, en mi modesta visión, sigue siendo un vino magnífico, profundo y multifacético. Fuera de todo parámetro.
  Para el resto de datos sensoriales, sencillamente consultar mi nota de cata anterior excepto por esos toques a cuero y a habano. Delicioso.
