Bodegas Muga (Muga, Haro, Rioja): Garnacha. Similar pale colour, but a little denser on the nose. Tighter and more mineral on the nose. Sees a few extra months in barrel. The minerality comes through nicely on the palate. ***

100% Garnacha. Darker salmon than the ordinary rosado. Japanese cherry on the label. Very subtle nose - cranberries, watermelon. Touch of nuttiness, savoury and slightly bitter, clean finish, dashing, elegant minerality. Fresh, but sophisticated.
