Stone fruit and flowers dominate the nose, and on the palate green pears take over together with some lime and lemon acidity. Fresh and forward but very basic.

I hadn't had Picpoul blanc in a while. I remembered it fondly. This wine has aromas of flowers and aniseed. I liked this wine some on the first day opened but not the second or third. I tasted stale by then. $7.

First time I've had a picpoul and I'm impressed. Fresh, salty, sweet, delicate citrus fruit and decent finish. 88 points

Nice acidity with some toast. Long finish with mouthwatering feel. Perfect with mussels.
