Enjoyed this bottle even more than the one I opened about a year ago. Compared against an old vines Chablis and a basic Chablis and as you might expect it came out on top for concentration and complexity. Curiously, the third of the bottle I had 2 days after the initial opening seemed superior. Air contact does help this wine.

Yellow-gold with green tint, clean and appears unctuous, mineral and floral nose, white flower, mineral, and butter palate, long finish, nice balance with acidity. Tasted at about 50 degrees F and does not exhibit the usual Chablis cut; i.e. a round Chablis. Drinking well now and very enjoyable.

Very distinct and spicy, touch of botrytis, lemon notes. Mild acid balance, almost sweet. Finish is quite complex and long, good mouth weight. $40 and quite tempting.

Really nice chablis. Plenty of lemon cream, green pear, decent acidity and a bit of salinity on the medium to medium-long finish. I like this wine but it seems to be just a touch flat, may need some more time in bottle to bring out some complexity.
