  Another selection from our Natural Wine geek buddy - this one was a bit of a challenge. The nose on this was so funky and stinky - one of the group likened the smell to a boys junior high school locker room - all hormones and sweat. Wow!! The taste was light, high acid, sparkling but not a lot of bubbles. Fruit was more citrus oriented - grapefruit etc.. Quite frankly I just had a hard time getting past the funk on the nose and I usually like a bit of funk. I sort of pushed this to the side and finally revisited about 4 hours later and interestingly the funk was totally gone, and in its place it smelled of peach puree - kind of like a bellini - unfortunately at this point the bubbles were also gone.
