Purchased from a restaurant wine list. Tasted March 8, 2005 at an offline so brief comments only. Opened and served immediately in Riedel White wine glasses. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Served too cold so the wine wasn’t very forthcoming at first but eventually started opening a little as it warmed in the glass showing apples and minerals on the nose. Mineral, mild lemon and some apples on the palate. Soft palate feel and pretty well balanced. Drink over the next two years or so. Acceptable value.
